Method |
Place the milk in a bowl and slowly add the cake flour while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |

Method |
Beat the egg yolk, icing sugar, egg yolk powder together in a bowl. Slowly add the flour while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |

Sweet White |

20ml Honey essence |
Method |
Add the milk and honey essence in a small bowl. Slowly add the flour, while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |

Nesquick |

1 Tablespoon Strawberry Nesquick |
2 Teaspoons icing sugar |
Method |
Pour the milk in a bowl then add the Nesquick and icing sugar and stir until it is properly dissolved. Slowly add the flour, while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |
Tip |
Milk can also be replaced with clean tap water or dam water. |

Custard |

2 Tablespoons Custard powder |
Method |
Pour the milk into a bowl and add custard powder and a little cake flour while stirring. Slowly add the flour a little at a time while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it resembles a stiff dough with a slightly sticky texture. |
Tip |
Milk can also be replaced with clean tap water or dam water. |

Custard (Microwave method) |
Ingredients |
1 Tablespoon cake flour |
1 Tablespoon custard powder |
2 Teaspoons sugar |
Method |
Pour 2 tablespoons water in a bowl together with the sugar,stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the flour and custard powder in another bowl and mix well. Now add the flour mix to the water while stirring until it has a pancake batter thickness. Extra water can be added while mixing. Place the dough into a flat bowl and flatten it to about 5mm to 1 cm thick on the bottom of the bowl. Place in microwave and let it cook from outside to inside until done. If it loosens from the bottom, take out and let it cool down. If the dough is cooled down knead it with hands into a stiff dough with a workable texture and place in a small plastic bag. |

Golden Syrup |

Method |
Pour the syrup into a container and heated in microwave for a few seconds so that the syrup is liquid. Slowly add the flour,while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |
Tip |
If you want the dough to have colour, a small amount of colour powder of your choice can be added to the syrup before cake flour is added. |

Method |
Pour the water into a saucepan and stir in the brown sugar,let it cook on low temperature until it is dissolved completely. Do not let it boil. Let the syrup cool completely. Slowly add the flour,while stirring. Once the mixture can't be stirred anymore, knead with hands while adding cake flour (a little at a time) until it has a stiff texture. |
